Cancellation/reschedule/no-show & Classroom Policy

One-on-One Classes

  1. Free rescheduling for the first class.
  2. No refund for cancellation or rescheduling 3-hours before the scheduled start time.
  3. No refund if the student does not show up for a class within 20 mins after the scheduled class start time.
  4. Scheduling request made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged USD 5 per class.
  5. Scheduling request made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged USD 35 per class.
Group Classes
  1. If a student is absent, they will have access to the class recording.
  2. No class fee adjustments will be processed for sessions the student does not attend.
  3. 100% refund will be issued if you terminate your registration at least 24 hours before the start time of your first paid session for the registered course. After the 1st class, if the student does not like to continue the class, the rest of their credit will be refunded. No refund will be issued after the start of the second class. Course fee can be kept as class credit if you wish to withdraw from the class.
Tardiness If the student is late, the class will still end at the scheduled time. Rules Students must turn on their camera so that our teachers can ensure that they are involved in the class without any distractions.

How can I register for classes? (Group Class)

Group Classes 1. Go to to create a student account first. 2. On the top right, click “Log In”. The website will bring you to another page to create an account that is needed for a class. 3. On the bottom right, click “Create New Account” 4. Fill in all of the information and click “Create My New Account” 5. Once you are done, you will receive a message notifying you that you will be receiving an email. 6. In the email, click on the link to verify your email address. 7. Congratulations, your registration is complete! 8. On the left, click “Site Home” 9. Click on the course that you would like to purchase. 10. Click “Pay with Card” & complete the payment. 11. Once you have completed the payment, you will see the course that you have purchased on your main page. 12. Under your purchased courses, click on “Announcements” 13. What are the differences between a live class & class recording?

In a live class, the student will be able to interact with the teacher(s) and other students. Through class recording, the student will not be able to have the interaction as the students in the live class. That being said, a student who has purchased a class recording will be able to purchase One-on-One classes with teachers for Q&A and additional tutoring.

How are online classes conducted?

Class Credit Request Grace Period

Class credit will be refunded upon the student’s graduation from high school.

Why are certain classes recorded?

Classes are recorded for evaluation and assessment purposes, and students who are absent (group class).

Class recordings and class materials

A cost of $80 will be charged upon cancellation for any class where physical materials were given. A cost of $50 for each mock test will be charged upon cancellation for any classes where mock test (digital or physical) were given. Access to 7EDU's class documents, materials, recordings, and information will be terminated upon cancellation of service.

Class Recording Access Period

  • Absence from a session: One week
  • Past class recording purchase: Three months
  • Once the initial access period expires (one week or three months), students are only allowed to renew their request to access the recordings once

Recording Statement

Any student who has completed the enrollment process and participates in any of our classes agrees to be recorded for evaluation purposes and for the benefit of absent students. Class recordings that are accessible by students will not be refundable. Access to class materials and class recordings is limited to those classes for which the student has officially registered and sharing said material with anyone not currently enrolled in that specific class is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be taken if it is determined that a registered student has shared class materials and class recordings with unauthorized individuals.

  • SAT, ACT, Advanced Placement (AP), SAT Subject Test, TOEFL: On the class’ targeted test date

How can I join the class meeting room via Zoom?

To access the online classroom, download the Zoom application on your device. You can use the class link or the meeting ID to access the classroom. Sample class link

(Method 1) Using the class link You can click on the class link or type the class link into your browser.

(Method 2) Using the meeting ID The meeting ID is the 10 digit number at the end of the class link. I. Open the Zoom application II. Click “Join” III. Input the 10 digit number in “Meeting ID or Personal Link Name” IV. Click “Join”

When can I join the class meeting room?

Once you have Zoom installed on your computer, your teacher will send you a notification that they are ready to start the class with the class link. Do not join the class meeting room until you receive the notification.
